Abstract: Internet websites or webpages have become one of the most important forms of communication used by companies and users on a daily basis. Because of this it is necessary to establish the protection of the rights of website creators and developers. In the Spanish legislation there is currently no specific legal framework that protects this type of creation. There are therefore various positions in this regard on which the best system would be and what figure is the most similar to that of a webpage. It is interesting to carry out an analysis of the clauses of the contract, which the rights and obligations of each of the parties are and the limitations to transfers in terms of a work that lacks any real legal practice.
