Abstract:
The remarkable FDI ascent carried out during the years ninety by TNCs, developed important industrial outsourcing, due to the favorable environment generated by the economic reforms. Highlight the investments carried out in automotive industry and in export assembly plant, creating an exporter platform to USA. This article study the trajectory in these industries, showing as the absence of an endogenous base as well as the wide international competition, create the conditions to restart the outsourcing process but this time toward other countries. Also, it analyzes the scarce interaction reached among international financing, capital formation, manufactures exports growth and economic performance.
