Abstract: Innovation is the result of the principle of capacity conservation of adaptation. The innovation nor is a newness, neither a fashion but a systematic condition of life. What we are living can be translated to a necessity of regeneration that was accelerated and increased in terms of velocity and unpredictability. The changes of the environment to which systems should adapt, are each day major and quicker. Innovation is an available capacity for all human beings hence, for every social organisation that does not need to be developed, but only to overcome the limits auto-created by the individuals and the organisations, that is to say, only to unchain, free it from the cultural factors 'discourses, practices and attitudes' that obstruct its free manifestation. It is here where practical communities, in tune with the organisational social capital, can propitiate the interaction and the interchange of knowledge that is to promote the creation of new forms of confronting the environment changes, and creating modifications in the proper structure of the organisation.
