Abstract: The article describes the different contexts in which the experience of the evaluation of labour and social insertion projects has moved. It begins with a presentation of EQUAL European Initiative and the framework in which its evaluation develops. Afterwards, after having presented the labour and social projects ITUN and LAMEGI (with its own model of evaluation), the article exposes the methodological bases for the evaluation and explains the methodological proposals that are considerate the most adequate ones to deal with its evaluation.
