Abstract: The control of State Helps constitutes one of the fundamental parts of Antitrust European policy. The Commission and the Court of justice have been the driving force of this policy, and this fact is due to the lack of regulative development in this field during forty years. Nowadays, this policy is in a reform stage in order to be adapted to the objectives established at Lisbon Summit, and to face the challenges of the broaden Europe.
