Abstract: This article approaches the entrepreneurship management quality in the Basque Country, contributing with an empirical study with the object that the management have more information before making their decisions. To be precise, it analyses the different management practices at Basque companies under the prism of the EFQM Agent Criteria on entrepreneurship excellence. Their results were obtained from a field study carried out by surveys of management of almost a thousand firms sampled at random, which represent the economic web of the Autonomous Region of the Basque Country.
