Abstract: Transparency is basic to create confidence among the stakeholders, and annual reports on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or sustainability are the vehicles which enable the company to convey their CSR development and management processes to society. In this paper, the results of a research study carried out by the CSR Observatory will be analysed in order to check the quality of BSR information reported by the IBEX 35 companies.
