Abstract: The Basque society and its business network have specific features that may result in a different approach to Business for Social Responsibility (BSR), compared to the ones carried out in other geographic contexts. The present paper will show these features as they may be relevant from the BSR point of view. Therefore it will suggest the agents and initiatives supporting the BSR development in the Basque Country focusing on a specific one, Xertatu.
