Abstract:
Business growth is one of the business phenomena that is an object of study with a large quantity or analytic approaches and decision environments. This paper studies the internationalization strategy, transformed into one of the key growth vectors more frequently used by the companies in this ever more globalized environment. Growth, in general, and internationalization, more precisely, as a business phenomena with many shades requires research methods which are able to collect all their complexity. Our aim in this paper is to analyse an illustrative case of business group growth through internationalization. CIE Automotive is an example of using the strategic internationalization model as a theoretic model and methodology design to study the cases in the scientific research.
