Abstract: Bologna Process is based on acquisition by the student of competencies adjusted to social demand. This implies a change in the classical conception of university careers, specialty in economists training. The aim of this study is to identify the views of employers on skills demanded and/or emphasized in an economist, in order to meet the needs of organizations. Based on the methodology of World Café and a subsequent questionnaire to employers, it compares the results with the perception of the current situation on economists to know the improvement area of Higher Education Institutions. There is a greater weight given to competencies based on attitudes and values against knowledge and skills.
