Abstract: The scenario after the crisis has generated the need to reflect on the different strategies of job guidance, and on the variables related to job search. This analysis should also need to take into account the user perception about the usefulness of this job creation policy. This is the main objective of the paper, as well as to analyze the expectations that unemployed have when they go to a job guidance service, and to what extent these expectations are met at the end of the guidance process. Finally, we compare connect these dimensions with users self-satisfaction about guidance service. The research was conducted on a sample of unemployed people who came to receive career guidance to the Public Employment Service of Andalusia.
