Abstract:
Artificial intelligence is a landmark in the advent of the fourth industrial revolution. It promises to break all the technological moulds and change the world as we know it. Several different factors influence this new context, and states are seeking to take up positions on certain variables so as to make a difference. One of the key points in today’s international playing field is whether countries are following the right public policy strategy in view of their circumstances and goals. With that in mind, this article analyses the situation in the public and private sectors in a number of significant countries with a view to learning more about the development of public policy strategies in regard to IA.
