Abstract: Blockchain technology is of increasing interest to citizens, businesses and legislators across the European Union, in particular, the currency. For this reason, we will focus on the analysis of privately issued stablecoins wich continue to encroach on more traditional forms of money –like cash and bank deposits–. Policymakers should will not simply look on from the sidelines. They will arbitrate. Their rules and actions will determine how we will eventually pay for everyday items, because the stablecoins will affect the structure and risks of ourfinancial sector. Regulation must eliminate the risks. One option is to require that stablecoin providers hold safe and liquid assets, as well as sufficient equity to protect coin-holders from losses. In essence, in this paper we try to seek the way for how to regulate stablecoin providers although they are not not being traditional banks, in an increasingly demanding on post-COVID Digital Market economy («Green market oriented system»).
