Abstract: Directions of forming of optimal wooded of country are set forth. The signs of wooded are increase of resource potential, improvement of placing of the forests in a spatial relation, providing of requirement in the resources of the forest, improvement of ecological situation. Specified structure of organizational and economic mechanisms of optimization of wooded of territory. The instruments of achievement of optimal wooded of territory are reasonable. Basic instruments are considered financial, administrative and legal orgware of realization of this process.
