Abstract: The current state of innovative support for the process of land recreation in the agricultural sector of the Carpathian macroregion was researched. The main reasons for the loss of connection between scientific institutions and consumers of the innovative product were revealed. The mechanism of cooperation among research institutions, higher educational establishments and agricultural farms was suggested. The priority of innovations for agricultural businesses in the Carpathian region was defined. The most crucial organizational measures preceding the introduction of innovative products were determined.
