Abstract: Strategy regulation of forest resources also does not meet the requirements of market-oriented wood resource relations, in particular with regard to the distribution of ownership of forest resources. Satisfaction of the state and the population in forest resources and their socio-ecological functions of the lack of parametrical characteristics of these functions are provided in insufficient, causing complications develop basic directions for further development and growth of industry wood resource areas of the country. The classification criteria of forest resources and the criteria for a comprehensive economic evaluation as the main indicators of the system get the maximum possible benefit from their use, capitalization of the different components of the forest and to establish their value. Disclosed uses of performance criterion as the basis of integrated assessment of different components of the forest, without which mean that they are effective reproduction and bringing to market conditions management.
