Abstract:
The base algorithm of formalization of multi-component control system by potential of steady development of Ukraine is worked out. Composition of six level combinations of principles of providing of project efficiency of this substructure that is confessed by the difficult system is certain. It is formalized, after five stages of economic research of processes of management of steady development of the state, function potential, levers and regulators that must exist within the limits of four her key subsystems. It is well-proven that realization of action of the last is inferior to general economic interests and forestalls: origin of threats and risks to steady development of the state; to the natural apoptosis of both, power and ecological frame of society and economic systems on the whole. It is identified key dominants and components of original control system by potential of steady development, terms and limitations that exist at her development, reflection consequences for the separate sectors of economy of Ukraine in case of her input in practice of ménage.
