The basis developing of territorial and economic division regions of Ukraine, based on the nuts system

Abstract: Determined and disclosed differences in theoretical approaches used in the objectification of territorial division and distribution of industrial and commercial complexes in Ukraine and EU countries. The comparative economic statistical and structural-functional analysis of structural and dynamic parameters and characteristics of the territory of Ukraine (differentiated in accordance with levels of NUTS in five regional management). For what is represented on copyright grounds advisability of creating those two new forms of industrial and economic interregional and inter-fashion - that is, two classes of cluster counties stages of regional industrial complexes (binary and scale invariant orientation). Developed the basic principles of region development and improved classification system established territories and regional socio-economic systems on the basis of implementation used currently in the EU concept of NUTS.
