Abstract:
The article focuses on the development of theoretical and methodological principles of formation the strategic potential for sustainable development (SPSD) of Ukraine in the context of building a new regional map. Foundations of the theory strategic potential for sustainable development, based on the author's concept of macrosystemic evolution of the national economy in conditions of resource limitations is profound; the main components of strategic potential for sustainable development of Ukraine are allocated, their essence is grounded. Constitutively key components of strategic potential in conditions of sustainability and their content using interactive primordial synergy are determined, that deepens methodology research of capabilities, that are grouped into four bases: material; factor; macro base; systemic and universal functioning. The technology of governance an adaptive type, which combines optimization methods, tools and regulators of mobilization of reserves provision reliability functioning of economic system of the state are developed. Algorithm of construction optimization model of macroeconomic regulation in conditions of sustainability is proposed. Dominant of economic growth by analytical forms of economic functions of the basic characteristics of key types of activity by factor "object-analogue" are determined.
