Abstract:
The basic requirements for information and methodological tools of evaluation and forecasting dimensions of the efficiency and effectiveness of macroeconomic regulation of development (MRD) cascade forms of organization of industrial and economic, inter-regional and inter-sectoral interaction regional socio-economic systems (RSES) in Ukraine are formed and grounded. Structural and logical scheme of realization action of a modern system of macroeconomic regulation of development ten cascades purpose of forming a new regional map of state is constructed. Binary counter scheme of realization of organizational and economic and qualimetric procedures in accordance with improved methodological approach to the evaluation and forecasting based on structural type models and multilevel system of indexes are developed. The contents of the six stages of the implementation of counter evaluation and forecasting procedures "on top" and five "from the bottom" are outlined and disclosed. Their performance enable and establishe minimum acceptable and maximum possible value dimensions of the efficiency and effectiveness of macroeconomic regulation of development cascade format the national economy is proved.
