Abstract: In this paper, the question of Socrates’ contribution to leadership has been investigated. The question of the importance of the ideas and beliefs of ancient philosophers, especially Socrates, Plato and Aristotle, the three giants of the human spirit, to contemporary life is always in the mind of people of modern society. Are Socrates’ beliefs still alive? The opinion of CEOs and academics has been used to explore the answer to the abovementioned question. Moreover, the use of Socrates’ method in leadership is exploited.
