Abstract: The society of the knowledge is not nowadays a simple political slogan, but joined the concept of new economy and globalization it expresses a special relation of power. Of dependence of the world with the only existent superpower from the ends of the 20th century: the United States. It is the beginning of the digital age. In the second half of the 20th century it has been characterized by the imposition of the multinationals' economic policy on the political national ones, of a few countries on others. And, from ends of the same century twenty the society of the knowledge and the globalization defines a new world cybernetic condition. And in it, communication stands out from Internet, which characterizes him.
