Abstract:
This is to underline the effect of natural disaster in Latin-America cities, for they were and are the agents of society evolution. Above all, this work intends to be a contribution to reflection and an invitation to analysis production on natural catastrophes in Latin-America, due to the importance of its effects in past and present times.
