Mundos Posibles y Objetos Incompletos: Prolegómenos a una Ontología de los Individuos Ficticios

Abstract: This paper outlines the way of existence of hypothetical entities not existing in real world, what means that an ontological interpretation is established for those beings not having a space-time identity, those not existing in the current world, never could really have existed and, notwithstanding, their denotation seem to work as if they truly existed. This wondering around linguistic reference to fictitious individuals informally discuss former formal proposals issued by some philosophers with the purpose of making evident the meta-linguistic mechanisms ruling the reference to those entities. The author propose to clear out semantic concepts, such as possible worlds or rigid designation, by linking them to an object, into a specific philosophical framework: The model realism.
