Abstract:
This essay has as purpose to make polemics on Human Resource Management, face to arguments on the category 'Social Responsibility' within XXIth Century firm organizations. There is also an intention to theorize grosso modo upon their application worthiness, in global market environment, related to new approaches on Management. Besides, we aspire to analyze the social-labor ethics field brought by the globalist (neo-liberalist) movement to the Human Resource Management actions. To the extent in which that approaches can lean on these acting fields, they both fall into the new labor relation transformation schemes.
