Abstract: The migratory phenomenon, commonly seen from the point of view of the social thing, must on the other hand be seen like effect of an economic problem of Mexico. The excessive external indebtedness of the nation and the low level of entrance are combined to create of consistent way, for decades already, a poor generation of use, so insufficient that he is main causal on which now they live the more than 15 million of Mexican in the American Union, 1 by each 7 Mexicans are outside the country. This work deals with the aspect the migratory problem of undocumented workers in the American Union and the search of the recognition of its human rights, like the regularization of its migratory state in the American territory. Do not forget that the Mexicans now head a social movement like first minority which also they share the rest of Latin American and other people of different nationalities that now live in North America in undocumented quality.
