Abstract:
In legal and academic fields, immigrants' political participation has been bridled. Instead, cultural and social 'integration' is being highly encouraged from Institutions. In the United Nation and European scopes, there are some specific legal instruments that we can propose and recommend to sign and apply in order to assure an effective right exercise for all people that should be considered as citizens.
