Los procesos migratorios en México: una lectura simbólico-mítica
Aleksandra Jablonska
Entelequia. Revista Interdisciplinar, 2007, issue 4, 305-321
Abstract:
The current work does a symbolic-mythical analysis of the migratory experiences of the Mexican immigrants or their descendants, just like they are narrated by the contemporary cinema. This analysis let us know the causes, the ways, the patterns and the dynamic of migratory processes, but the most, it shows the significances and the meanings given to it by the current society. These different meanings are deeply related in the questioning of the traditional references of the collective identity and with the new ways of its negotiation and definition.
