Abstract:
This quality management model has been thought for country family-owned enterprises. These families have empirical knowledge, but they have ignorance about management process, quality process and marketing. This model is pretending to give them the advantage of the process systematization; generating conditions make security, permanence, development and competitive by themselves. The challenge consists how to do it, the capacitating is very important, team work, integration and sensitizing could to diminish the resistance to change. The quality system based ISO 9001:2000 is an important tool, safe management process and quality culture.
