Abstract:
Based on public documents of Amnesty International, this article deal with the pending debt respect of the rights of the victims of the Civil war and the Franco's regime, taking as a frame of reference the international standards of human rights and their application in the world experience on truth justice and reparation. It focus and goes into depth about the exigencies of truth on crimes against international law and the issues related with justice and reparation in accordance with the nature of the crimes, included the nullity of sentences. It concludes with the observation of the long way for crossing after the enactment of the recent law (2007).
