Abstract: El presente trabajo pretende resaltar las incongruencias que en el orden sistemático de sus instituciones de seguridad social, incurre la Ley Número 105 de 2008 y su Reglamento, el Decreto 283 de 2009, así como el incorrecto uso del idioma español en dichos textos normativos, al emplear giros lingüísticos que atentan contra su fidelidad semántica y belleza sonora.
