Abstract: La promoción de salud sexual es una actividad sociocultural que requiere de una persona experta capaz de comprender los problemas actuales de los cubanos y cubanas, diseñando nuevas formas de resolverlos, sin dejar de tener en cuenta su propia vida privada y social enfrentando los problemas en el ámbito conocido y comunitario, evaluando las relaciones existentes entre los individuos el grupo familiar y la comunidad.
