Abstract:
The factors that may generate the development of a country are diverse. Among them we can highlight nowadays, the knowledge that the author considers fundamental is since it stimulates economic and social development. Therefore, education of the population is a matter of national strategy, which creates a long-term value. It is very important to know that this research deals with the problems of science and knowledge as a development agent. The author makes reference to the theory of the man as center of economic and social development. For this reason, the author deals with issues like: Development from an economic view point, brain stealing, professional emigration and the importance of knowledge in direction.
