Abstract:
It is not possible to forget that in the middle of a planet in constant war, marked by the intolerance and the hatred, the Mexicans have constructed a country with freedom. In this one has been an exceptional case, because in almost all the corners of the world the Century XX has been maybe the most destructive of the history. But also it is necessary to recognize that in spite of the Independence, the Reform, the Revolution, there continue being millions that endure the problems that could not solve the governments post revolutionaries. By it across the present text our past is given to know, same that is necessary to understand our present and to aspire to a better future, without the ballasts that they have spoilt the well-being and the progress of the people of Mexico.
