Abstract: In the agricultural insurance it is established the technical procedure for the cultivation of tobacco, which has as objective normar the work for the territorial inspectors, technicians and specialists belonging to the Company of the National State Insurance that he/she assists the agricultural sector. The investment insurance for the production tobacco will be carried out on the base of a cost record that contemplates the values to carry out, the inputs to use, and other direct expenses in the production process, being an indispensable requirement the evaluation of the lost ones and the factors that provoked it.
