Abstract: In the beginnings of the humanity the man had to be auto sufficient to satisfy his needs, before this difficult situation, every individual was devoting himself to a different activity according to his skills. It is here where the division of the work begins, the trade, the money and later the first companies arise in his rudimentary form At present the Mexican company this composed one in the main for mikes and small enterprises that shape more than 95 % of the whole of the industry, this demonstrates the importance that you re-saw this type of companies, that shape a fundamental part in the processes of recovery and of reordering of the national economy and in the structural change of the productive device that the country needs.
