Abstract: Los diferentes actores han estado siempre de acuerdo en que el departamento del Atlántico, en particular las zonas rurales y sus comunidades, necesitan nuevas perspectivas económicas. El Departamento dispone de un potencial turístico y también de varias iniciativas de los municipios e iniciativas privadas con referencia a un desarrollo turístico.
