Abstract:
These articles analyze coaching as a tool for the tourism community and, the methodology for this purpose begins with the different literature about coaching for the tourism community and how to development a strategy for success which starts with the guides and continues with strategies for the directors and the leaders. This paper develops a step by step methodology for coaching the created teams in the tourism community and for the success of the experience. The study determines that the most important reason to include coaching in the tourism community is to create a higher communitarian participation and understand that is alternative is feasible for improving the quality of life building a culture of coaching in a community contribute to create a higher class or tourism
