Conselho Municipal de Turismo: análise do conhecimento dos participantes do COMTUR acerca das atividades turísticas desenvolvidas em assentamentos do município de Rosana/SP

Abstract: This work aimed to identify the knowledge of the Municipal Council of Rosana in relation to the tourism activities developed in the settlements Porto Maria and Nova Pontal located in the municipality of Rosana, state of São Paulo. In order to achieve the objective outlined, the questionnaire was carried out with COMTUR members by virtue of the advantage of time savings and faster and more accurate responses. Given the results, it was noted the lack of knowledge about the existence of settlements by some members and even those who know do not know about tourism development. Therefore, a compromise is suggested between the settlers and the COMTUR members so that they can contribute with actions and public incentive policies so that the municipality can receive tourists in a strategic and adequate way.
