Insurance Contract, Just Compensation as Result of Insurance

Abstract: History of Insurance Contract development, taking into account National and International aspects. The main features of the contract of insurance, according to Albanian legislation. The main subjects of the contract and in particular the Insurer as a legal person. Remuneration of damage that comes from insurance contracts and reinsurance contracts. Events which may be provided by the Albanian legislation. Albanian judicial practice in dealing with problems which are related to insurance considering unifying decisions of the United Colleges of Supreme Court.
