Abstract:
The present study highlights the changing Open Alex in the areas of investment behaviour, the impact of financial literacy, portfolio investment, foreign portfolio investment, financial instruments, geographical distribution, and socioeconomic factors in order to capitalise on the substantial shift that has occurred in the field of investment and investment behaviour since 2020. The study also attempts to investigate current research patterns in the areas of financial literacy and investment behaviour. Many academic publications, including those from Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, Emerald Publishing Limited, and Wiley, were collected with the use of the Open Alex database and utilised for this purpose. The thorough examination concentrates on papers released from 2020 to 2024. After using all the filters to offer a systematic literature review and bibliometric networks, 877 articles were chosen in total. The bibliometric visuals were created using the VOS viewer software version 1.6.20 and Biblioshiny from R Studio.
