Abstract:
Poor posture from long sitting and phone use is causing back pain for millions worldwide. Current solutions like basic posture braces fail because they don't provide smart feedback or track progress. This review paper present a smart belt that solves these problems using modern technology. The belt uses MPU6050 motion sensors and flex sensors to detect when you're slouching. An ESP32 computer chip processes this data and triggers gentle vibration alerts and colored lights when bad posture is detected. All your posture data gets sent to your phone via cloud technology, so you can track your improvement over time. This smart belt offers an affordable and effective way to maintain good posture and prevent back problems.
