Abstract:
The paper analyses the evolution of foreign direct investments and its relationship with international trade of goods flows, especially with exports, in 2015 and retrospectively, highlighting some aspects related to the number of companies with foreign capital, the corresponding FDI flows and stocks, territorial structure, by countries of origin and by economic activity sectors. Analysis of the FDI role on the export promotion complements the Romania’s portrait, in terms of the current international economic relations.
