Williamson e ´formas híbridas´: uma proposta de redefinição do debate
Robson Antonio Grassi
Revista Economia e Sociedade, 2002, vol. 20, 22
Abstract:
This article studies the ?hybrid forms? in Williamson?s analysis, starting from a concept that this author considers of fundamental importance for its explanation, the ?adaptation mode?. However, such concept is dynamic in your origin, but framed for Williamson in a static analysis, like recognized by the own author. Thus, the objective of this article is to show that, with a theoretical improvement of the notion of hybrid forms, the concept of adaptation can be redefined in a more dynamic way. This turns the notion of hybrid forms more useful than the current use to understand inter-firm cooperation as an important managerial strategy in search of the creation of competitive advantages.
