ECONOMIA E DIRITTO DEL TERZIARIO, 2009, vol. 21, issue 2, 203-218
Abstract:
The author briefly outlines how the legal regulation of tied agents in the field of financial instruments and investment services developed in the last twenty years, both at domestic and European levels. In this perspective, he mainly considers the impact of the MIFID on their business, focusing on some critical and controversial aspects of the most recent regulatory measures, especially as to the relationships and boundaries between tied agents and financial advisors.
