Sui contratti del mercato finanziario, prima e dopo la MIFID

Abstract: Nel quadro dell?ampio tema della disciplina dei contratti del mercato finanziario si analizza quello specifico dei contratti con gli investitori, alla luce delle grande novit? rappresentata dalla MIFID. Fidandosi delle autovalutazioni del legislatore comunitario sembrerebbe che la MIFID non impatti su tale fattispecie contrattuale; una lettura pi? approfondita ci fornisce un?interpretazione diversa.
