Abstract: Analisi della realizzazione della politica infrastrutturale degli enti locali (di Alessandro Fontana e Francesca Petrina) - ABSTRACT: In this paper local governments? investments in infrastructure financed by the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti are analysed. More specifically we construct a few indicators dealing with various delays in the implementation of projects. Linear regression is used to analyse the importance of various factors, from which the delays originate. Finally, the prevailing zero cost of the financing seems to be the main cause of the inefficiencies in the implementation of projects. JEL R53
