Il distretto culturale evoluto delle Marche

PRISMA Economia - Societ? - Lavoro, 2012, vol. 2012/1, issue 1, 83-90

Abstract: The decision to give life to the project of the Distretto Culturale Evoluto (Advanced Cultural District) in Marche region is eminently political. It falls within a reformatory process, which started with the new regional legislature, in which the culture assumed a primary value in the governmental action. The administrative acts approved to date respond to this precise programmatic input. The challenge is to build a cultural alliance without which the related public investment would not be sustainable in front of the crisis. For this reason, some sharing points are highlighted upon which the challenge to hold together culture, economy and territory can lie on. The Distretto Culturale Evoluto meets and embodies this necessity according to a concept of culture which became a factor of innovation and a lever for a new local development. For this reason, it is necessary to captivate the quality manufacture system through planning tests capable to open new fields and to move it forward. At the base of this action there must be the will to keep the territorial policies alive, in order to provide the Marche region with some projects which would also be able to cross-interact with the new 2014-2020 European planning.
