Pratiche partecipative in Europa: quali nuove sfide?

Abstract: While the number of democratic countries grows, the intensity of their democracies lowers down. Nevertheless, the article focuses on innovative experiments at local level, which involve citizens in the setting of public policies and projects. It analyses these experiences showing their joint-effort to fight the disenchantment on public institutions and create a pedagogic learning environment for dynamising social fabric. It then proposes some challenges for the near future, centred on hybridisation of models.
