Abstract:
The state investment policy in the regions of Russia’s North has been analyzed to reveal its features, tendencies, basic problems and the ways of their resolution. Rating of the northern regions’ investment activity has been made on the basis of indicators of the investment activity’ state and dynamics. A complex of measures for the state investment policy has been offered, which provide for priority of innovative investments and diversification of the northern region’s economy, as well as for development of partnership between the state and private sector in the investment sphere
